"I have an idea!" Rachel exclaimed. The rest looked at her wondering what it was. "Well why don't two of us dress like they do and we act like we are taking the other 4 up to Virginia as slaves." She said really thinking that this would work.

"That's actually a good idea." Kevin said looking around the table. "Jim, we can get a couple of uniforms right?" Jim nodded. "Good cause this is the best idea we have yet but I don't know how the other four will react to this."

"No way! I don't want to be in chains again!" Nick said yelling.

"Nick calm down. We need to fool the Talaban. It isn't like you are going to really be a slave." Kevin said trying to calm him down. "That's the only way we will be able to get to Virginia." 

"I still don't like it. If anyone of those people find out you are fakes and we need to run we won't be able to because of the chains." Nick said a bit more calm but with concern.

"You probably won't have chains on your legs, just your wrists. We just need it to look as real as possible. And that's only for when we travel during the day. When we travel at night we probably won't need them unless we come across a town." Rachel said putting a hand on Nicks shoulder. Nick sighed.

"Ok. I guess whatever helps us get to Long Island the fastest and safest." Nick said.

"Ok well we will leave in a few days when you and AJ have your strength back." Kevin said. "Until then why don't all of us try to relax a little bit." Kevin pulled out an old board game and they all began to play.

Few days later.......

"I can't believe I am wearing this uniform." Rachel said looking down at herself. Kevin laughed.

"I can't believe I am wearing one AGAIN." Kevin said with a smirk. Rachel tucked her hair up in to the hat that came with the uniform. She had to make herself look as much of a guy as possible. Which wasn't hard considering the men wore masks. She wore shoulder pads to make her look manlier and covered her chest with a bulletproof vest. Not only would it help save her live if need be but it also hid the fact that she had a chest. After they were dressed it was time to get the others.

"Hey guys." Kevin said as they entered the room. Four pairs of eyes stared at them.

"Wow! You do look like one of them." Brian said amazed.

"Ok well here is the part that we all don't like." Kevin said holding up the handcuffs. The four sighed but knew this was their way out. Rachel went over and took Nicks hands and put the cuffs on them although not to tight after all she did like him. She then put a pair on Angel. Kevin put a pair on Brian and AJ.

"Remember guys when we come to a town or other people, you are to look down. No eye contact." Kevin said.

"We know that Kev. We have been living like that for 3 years." AJ said with a bit of agitation in his voice.

 "I know AJ. I just need to remind you." Kevin said sadly. With that Rachel lead the way out followed by the rest with Kevin being last. This was going to be a long journey.
