"Nick!" I exclaimed. "Boy have I missed you!" Nick and I hugged. "Where have you been?"

"I moved to Florida with my sister and step mom. She made me stop writing you." He said sadly. I told him it was ok then we ran off to our secret place. It was a place we went to be alone and to talk and to even play games. We played for what seemed like hours then Nick got up.

"Follow me." He said and he ran ahead of me.

"Nick wait up!" I yelled and ran after him. He turned and looked at me.

"I'm sorry I have to go." He said.

"No! Why?" I yelled but Nick disappeared. I stood there for a moment not sure on what was going on.

"Hey Chase she is waking up!" I heard Mike exclaim. I opened my eyes and Mike was sitting there and I saw Chase come over.

"Owww" I groaned. "My head." I then felt a cold rag on my head. It felt good. It was just a dream..... Nick...it was just a dream.

"We are glad you're awake. You've been out for almost a full day. You gave us a scare." Chase said concerned. "If you didn't wake up soon we were gonna take you to the hospital."

"I knew she would wake up. She's a tough kid." Jacob said coming into my view. He was holding a bowl. "Joanne made this for you." He handed it to me as I sat up a bit. I then realized I was kinda hungry. I took a sip of the soup.

"Are you feeling ok?" Chase asked.

"I'm kinda sore." I whispered. I saw a few bruises on my arms and I knew I had more on the rest of my body but I would check that out when I wasn't so worn out.  I just continued to eat my soup.

"Guys we have work to do. We want to teach certain people a lesson." Chase said in all seriousness. He along with Mike and Jacob walked over to the other end of the hide out to work on revenge plans. I was left alone to think about my dream.

I wonder what it meant. Sure I had thought about Nick before but I have never had a dream about him until now. I wondered if it meant that Nick was doing ok. Or if he was thinking about me. Or maybe even looking for me. But some how I knew he was ok.

A few days later I was well enough to go out again but I never went out with out anyone else. I was with Mike, Jacob and Chase. Amy was going to join us for lunch later. So far we had picked up quite a bit of money. I happened to "bump" into a rich guy. After I had lifted his wallet and went back to the others I found about 300 dollars cash in there. The three men were proud of what I was able to bring in. We would have food for the next few days.

After walking around for a bit I spotted Kandie and Joe walking into a store.

"Hey guys. Look." I said softly to the others. The three men looked to see what I was pointing at.

"OK. I think it is time we pay them back." Chase said. "Wait till they come out and then we follow them." We waited about an hour when they finally emerged from the store. Turns out they met John inside as well.

"Are we still gonna follow them? There is three of them now." I said concerned.

"Yes. We are stronger then they are. I want you to stay back cause I don't want you to get hurt." Chase said concerned.

"I can take one of them. I just couldn't take all three at once that's all." I said defensively and frowned.

"Aww Taz we know you can. Chase means your still healing you know? So your not as strong yet." Mike said making me feel a bit better. We began to follow them. They turned in to an alleyway. Before we made our presence known the guys made sure that they were the only 3 Devils and we weren't walking in on an ambush. It was only those 3.

"HEY YOU PIECES OF SHIT!" Chase yelled to them. The three turned to see the four of us. Their faces dropped a little. Mike, Jacob and Chase were all bigger then Joe and John and Kandie was only a little bit taller then me.

"So you like beating up kids smaller then you huh. Well pay back time!" Chase yelled. He attacked John that was the cue for Mike to attack Joe. Jacob held Kandie. I wanted payback so I began to beat her up. I had to show them that they couldn't push me around. A few seconds later we heard cop cars so we stopped and ran through the alley and out the other side leaving the 3 devils battered and bruised. We made it back to the hideout with out any problems. We told the others about what we found and what happened. They were happy that we got pay back.
