"Hey Alex." Nick whispered.

"Yea Nick?" AJ answered tiredly.

"What do you think of Rachel?" He asked and AJ smiled a little bit.

"She is cool. Really sweet." AJ said looking over at him. "You got a thing for her?" AJ asked smiling.

"Well she is really cute." Nick said with a half smile.

"Aww Nicky has a crush!" AJ teased.

"Jay, Shut up!" Nick laughed and through a spare pillow at him.

AJ smiled at that memory. For the first time in over two years it felt like they were back to normal. Just them goofing around and teasing each other. He frowned. Now Brian and their new friend Rachel were in the toughest prison in the east coast. AJ's mind continued to wonder to different questions. 'How did Rachel avoid slavery in the first place?' he thought to himself.

"It has been 4 hours. What if they got caught too?" Angel's question interrupted his thoughts.

"I am sure they couldn't get them out this soon Angel. It will take awhile." AJ said to her secretly hoping they didn't get caught. Angel got up.

"I need to go walk around." AJ nodded and Angel left the room. AJ heard a grumble and looked down. His tummy was saying "FEED ME YOU IDIOT!" AJ got up and stretched. His body was still a little sore and his muscles needed to be stretched. H found his way to the bathroom to check out the damage. He looked in the mirror and saw his face was still a bit bruised but it was that yellow color when you know that bruise is almost healed. He lifted his shirt and saw the same thing as well as some scars from where he has been cut. He lowered his shirt.

"Doesn't look as bad is it did two days ago." He said aloud to himself. He looked down and saw the same broken comb that Nick has seen only six hours before. He combed his hair and watched his face, hands and arms. He then headed out to find some food.

Nick and Kevin have been in the same spot for about 4 1/2 to 5 hours. The sky was getting lighter. The sun will be coming up with in the next half hour.

"We have to head back." Kevin told Nick. Nick looked at him in surprise.

"We can't! We haven't gotten to Bri or Rachel yet." Nick whispered in shock.

"If we stay here when the sun comes up we will get caught." Kevin said matter of factly. Nick sighed. "We will come back as soon as it gets dark. We will go back to the hide out get some food and rest and come back refreshed. Ok?" Nick nodded and they gathered their stuff and quietly made their way back to the hide out.

AJ had met up with Angel and were sitting at a table with food in front of them. Angel was just pushing the sandwich around on the plate.

"Angel it isn't a hockey puck. Eat it." AJ laughed.

"How can you laugh? Two of our friends are in a prison and my brother and our other friend is some where out there." Angel said angrily.

"Sorry Angel. You need to eat." AJ said concerned. They heard the hide out door open and saw two people walk in. at first they couldn't tell who it was cause they had black stuff on their faces. But one of them took a towel and wiped most of it off. Angel smiled and ran over.

"NICK! Your back!" She said hugging him. He smiled.

"Yea. For now. We have to go back out again tonight we didn't have any luck last night." Nick said and Angel pulled away to look at him.

"I don't want you to go." Angels said and Nick was about to say something when Angel cut him off. "But I know you have too. If it was you in there I would want someone to go help you." Nick smiled at his sisters understanding.

"Where's Jen?" Kevin asked after checking in.

"Don't know. She left a long time ago with out a word." Angel said shrugging. Kevin shook his head.

"I hate it when she does that." He said.

"She has done this before?" Angel asked wide-eyed.

"Yea and no one ever knows what she does when she disappears but she always comes back. Never says a word though." Kevin said. "But she just HAD to disappear now when we need her." He said frustrated. Then walked over to AJ. Nick and Angel followed.

"Well we do have good news for you two though." Kevin said sitting at the table and finished wiping his face.

"What's that?" AJ asked taking a bit of his sandwich.

"Well we located Sutherland. Turns out he is a guard in the prison." AJ and Angels eyes went wide. "Don't worry he didn't turn against us. He is undercover getting some inside info for us on something else. We are hoping he will help us get Brian and Rachel out of there."

"Any word on Howie or Rachel's sister yet?" Angel asked.

"No not yet but there is someone still working on that." Kevin said as a girl brought over a couple of sandwich for Nick and Kevin.

"Thanks." Nick and Kevin said at the same time. The four ate in silence until Nick spoke up.

"Hey, remember that time when I put that temporary hair die in Kevin's shampoo." Nick started to laugh. "It turned his hair green and Kevin didn't realize it until he left his hotel room and people started to stare at him and he didn't know why." AJ and Angel started laughing along with Nick.

"Yea! I remember that. Boy, I thought he was going to beat you to a pulp!" AJ said. Nick looked at Kevin who was laughing a little bit.

"I got you back though by locking you out of the dressing room with just your green undies on!" Nick blushed a little bit at the memory of that and the other three just busted out laughing. Nick had managed to get their mind off of what was happening. Even if it was just for a minute.

"Man those were the days!" AJ said still laughing.

"Guys." Nick said seriously.

"Yea?" Was the response from all three.

"When this is all over and if we get out of this and somehow the world is turned back to normal. Promise me that we will sing together again." Nick said looking from Kevin to AJ. Kevin put his arm around Nick's shoulder.

"Yea Nick. We will. If we all get out of this I don't think anything can stop us from doing that." Kevin said and AJ nodded.
